Getting to Know Bradmar
A family run company, since its inception, Bradmar Homes & Renovations is a Calgary based company, specializing in custom homes and renovations. Bradmar Homes was founded in 1999 by husband and wife duo, Rick and Teresa Bonneau. After working many years in the industry, they believed they could provide customers something that wasn’t currently available on the market – exceptional quality, and unparalleled service all at a tremendous value. The name, derived from the middle names of their children – Bradley and Marie, is a testament to the importance of family that is still ingrained in the culture of Bradmar.
Bradmar’s business philosophy is simple – customers and quality always come first. We know how significant of an investment a new home or major renovation is and we do not take that investment lightly.
Rick Bonneau
Founder and President
Rick started his career as a hardworking framer in 1981 and hasn’t stopped since. Over the years, Rick has gained experience in virtually every trade in the industry and has built many solid relationships on the way. Today, Rick is still the primary contact for all new clients and oversees every stage of every project.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Rick training for his next Ironman, cheering for his two favourite football teams (Calgary Stampeders & Miami Dolphins) or relaxing lake side with his family and friends.

Teresa Bonneau
Cofounder and Office Manager Extraordinaire
Teresa keeps the wheels of Bradmar Homes turning from behind the scenes. She also offers support in client relations, project budget management, and does it all with a smile.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Teresa volunteer puppy raising for the PADS organization, tending to her gardens or enjoying a nice cold glass of Pinto Gris while reading a good book.

Hildor
Site Manager
Hildor and Rick met around 40 years ago, playing together on a local football team. Both working in the construction industry at the time, they became fast friends. Their career paths took them in different directions but converged again in 2017 when Hildor was hired as site manager of Bradmar. Hildor is very experienced in all relevant trades and overseas all on site contractors.
When Hildor isn’t onsite, you can find him spending quality time with his family, including numerous grandchildren.
